Who we are
This website and our service are run by LP Optimisation Limited ("LP Optimisation", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 17089629.

What we do
We're an independent introducer. We can review a venue's current suppliers and introduce providers for things like card payments, staff software, door staff, insurance and compliance.
Any contract for a service is between your venue and that provider. We're not the supplier, and we're not responsible for the provider's service, pricing or performance. If something goes wrong, tell us and we'll help you sort it out with them.
Free to venues
Our service is free to venues. We're paid by providers, through commission or referral fees, when a venue goes ahead with them. It adds nothing to your bill.
If you'd like to know what we earn on any introduction, ask us and we'll tell you.
No guarantees
Any savings or comparisons we give you are estimates, based on the information you give us. The final price and terms are set by the provider.
Insurance
We don't give insurance advice and we don't arrange insurance. We only introduce you to an FCA-authorised insurance broker, who advises you and arranges any cover.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, up-to-date information about your venue, suppliers and contracts.
- Read and check a provider's terms before you sign anything.
This website
- The content is general information, not advice. It may change at any time, and we don't promise it is complete, accurate or always available.
- Links to other websites are there for convenience. We're not responsible for those sites or their content.
- Don't misuse the site. That means no attempts to hack, overload or disrupt it, no harmful code, and no copying it for unlawful purposes.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
Apart from that, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Because our service is free, our total liability to you for it is limited to £100.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding on this website belong to us or the people who license them to us. You can view and print pages for your own use. Please don't copy or reuse them for anything else without our written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on this page when you use our service is the one that applies.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
